Pool Hours: Everyday 6 am to 10 pm, unless otherwise posted
The following issues/concerns have been brought before the Pool Committee and the following resolutions have been reached:
POOL CARD: If you have any issues with your pool card, please submit an email to hg_inquiries@bellsouth.net with the following information: name, street address, and full pool card number (located on the back of the card). Access to the pool and tennis courts are only granted to those homeowners that are current in their HOA dues.
LIFEGUARD BREAK/ADULT SWIM: Adults and adults with a baby may enter the pool during the lifeguard break. During the break, the lifeguard is away taking care of other duties around the pool area. Please ensure that your child remains out of the pool while the lifeguard is on break. This is for the safety of all children.
VANDALISM: We have had numerous incidents of pool vandalism. Two such incidences involved resident teenagers with guests. Please remember that the behavior of your child(ren) and their guest(s) is ultimately the homeowners responsibility. The sheriff has and will be called for all suspicious behavior.
LIFEGUARD AUTHORITY: The lifeguard has been given guidelines to enforce at our pool. They are the final authority on the rules. If you feel something is unreasonable, contact the pool committee. Please remember the lifeguard is following the requirements of his/her job.
